Packaging
All orders are delivered in a beautiful Fleur Fairfax jewellery gift box. The FF Book Ring will arrive in a specially designed round Fleur Fairfax ring box, and white gift envelope, finished with a black satin ribbon.

All jewellery boxes are packaged in a discreet and secure postal box.

 

UK Delivery
Delivery is via Royal Mail Special Delivery and is complimentary on all orders shipping within the UK. We aim to ship within 1 business day of receipt of order.   

UK Mainland: Next day

Non-UK Mainland & Northern Ireland: 2-3 Business Days

 

EU and International Delivery

Delivery to EU countries and Internationally is via DHL. 

EU: 3-5 Business Days

International: 7-14 Business Days

Please be advised that all orders shipping internationally are subject to Import Duties and Taxes determined by each destination’s customs policy and are the responsibility of the customer. Clearing international customs in certain countries may cause delivery delays.

 

Repairs
We stand behind the quality of our handmade Regency Revival new jewellery collection, hence Fleur Fairfax offers a complimentary repair service on all Regency Revival items within one year of purchase. Please contact us to discuss individual repairs at: enquiries@fleurfairfax.com


Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your online Fleur Fairfax purchase, Antiques and new jewellery from the Regency Revival line may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days. The returns/exchange policy begins the day the package is delivered.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in the original Fleur Fairfax box and packaging.

Returns and exchanges must be shipped via insured and recorded delivery using Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL. We are not responsible for items not shipped using the above services, or for items that do not reach us.

Please note that all international sales are final. 

Antiques
Fleur Fairfax carefully sources the most interesting Georgian & Victorian pieces we can find, and we do our best to ascertain provenance, age, condition and materials of each item. All antiques are inspected, cleaned and in some cases repaired prior to sale. Any and all flaws commensurate with age are disclosed as part of our condition report, and antiques are sold as-is.
We will determine the need for any future repair work on an individual basis, in conjunction with our jeweller, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please be aware that antique jewellery must be treated with care and should not be worn for daily physical activities such as swimming, showering, cleaning or gardening. Take care not to use harsh chemicals or apply perfume or hairspray near your antiques - these can be corrosive. Antique jewellery pieces are vulnerable to damage and should be stored separately.


Re-sizing
Fleur Fairfax Book Rings are available in a range of sizes, and we also offer a complimentary re-sizing service on these pieces. Antique ring re-sizing will be determined on an individual basis as not all antiques are able to be re-sized while maintaining the integrity of the ring.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@fleurfairfax.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
